Alex Bouaziz is the CEO and co-founder of Deel, a mobile app that allows users to create collaborative videos with friends. Prior to Deel, Alex was the co-founder and CEO of Lifeslice, a web platform that revolutionized day-to-day marketing by empowering companies with the right tools to collect thousands of authentic and relatable videos from their community. Before that, Alex worked as a researcher in environmental engineering at Imperial College London, where they helped develop innovative and economically viable technologies to enhance the drinking water treatment process. Alex Bouaziz has a Master's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Alex also has a Bachelor of Science in Dual specialization program in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Alex has also attended Y Combinator. Yaron Lavi - CTO, Shuo Wang - Co-founder and CRO, and Philippe Bouaziz - CFO report to Alex Bouaziz.

Attended various classes at the MIT Sloan school of management, Harvard Business School. Thesis: Provided a full design and scalability strategy and cost analysis for an innovative anaerobic digester in collaboration with the Ebi-Group. The design being a success, the company decided to implement it. It is is currently in construction and should be ready for uses by the end of 2017.
